When evergreen plants of any size are first planted, they need lots of water and food, and they need enough space for each plant’s root development. Evergreen spikes give new plants and new seedlings a great start after being transplanted to their new locations. Most of these plants need full sunlight, but they can grow in partial sunlight also. Regulate the plants moisture levels (how much to water) based on the amount of sunlight to the plants.
Once the plant’s root systems expand, evergreen plant roots provide needed nourishment to the other plants’ roots and lawn roots areas in the yard. Rejuvenate evergreen plants twice a year with feeding spikes to help enhance the appearance of the lawn area and other plants in the yard.
Evergreen plants feed regularly throughout the growing seasons each year. Portion the amount feed to each plant based on the perimeter size of the plants. Feeding spikes apply feeding to the plants throughout the year.
